Interviewing

I spend a lot of time on the answering side of an interview. But, I also enjoy asking the questions and think of Peter Drucker’s maxim when he said that managers focus on finding great answers, while leaders focus on imagining great questions. I had the pleasure of co-hosting the Enlightened Business Summit with the Shift Network and interview some of today’s most compelling thought leaders to a worldwide audience from 150 countries. Here are a few of those interviews, and for more visit the Enlightened Business Summit website.
